At the Oscars 2011, the undisputed winner was The King's Speech with twelve nominations and won four Oscars for "Best Picture", "Actor in a Leading Role", "Directing" and "Writing (Original Screenplay)". For people who have stuttering "The king's speech" was very supportive and a great way to intrepret the way in which people feel about stuttering. The foundation of stutterers was pleased with the great victory of the film at the Oscars.

The second most awarded film was Inception with eight nominations and four Oscars for "Cinematography", "Sound Editing", "Sound Mixing" and "Visual Effects".

The third most awarded film was The Social Network with eight nominations and three Oscars "Film Editing", "Music (Original Score)" and "Writing (Adapted Screenplay)".

The others awarded films were Alice in Wonderland for Art Direction and Costume Design, The Fighter for "Actor in a Supporting Role" and "Actress in a Supporting Role", Toy Story 3 for "Animated Feature Film" and "Music (Original Song)", Black Swam for "Actress in a Leading Role", Inside Job for "Documentary Feature", Strangers No More for "Documentary Short Subject", In a Better World for "Foreign Language Film", The Wolfman for "Makeup", The Lost Thing for "Short Film (Animated)", God of Love for "Short Film (Live Action)".
