The center-right Popular Party has an economic plan, basically, because in Spain there are over 5 million unemployed. And it has promised to resolve the situation in Spain.
A lot of people were angry with the Socialist Party for its economic policies and unemployment and the cuts in health and education.
Therefore, the polls favor the Popular Party.
